SIXR Fantasy on Aptos

Challenge

SIXR wanted a credible web3 path into India's ₹6,500 crore fantasy-cricket market — a working MVP with real on-chain contest entries and payouts, not a slide deck, plus the token-launch strategy for the $SIXR ecosystem.

Approach

A Dream11-style IPL fantasy game built by Operal AG for Liberty Games AG, running on Aptos: pick an XI under a 100-credit cap with role and franchise constraints, captain at 2× and vice-captain at 1.5×, join one of five contest tiers from Practice to Mega by signing an on-chain join_contest transaction, follow live fantasy points and claim prizes in APT. Teams are committed hash-then-reveal (keccak/sha-256) to stop late copying; the Move contract enforces contest lifecycle and rake, with events for indexer discovery. Localised in English, Hindi and Urdu in a 125 kB gzipped bundle. Operal's token-launch strategy work covered the $SIXR GEMS IDO in September 2026 — growth loops, KOL research and regulatory diligence.

Outcome

The MVP is deployed and playable end-to-end — wallet connect or mock-chain demo mode — and served as the grant pitch to the Aptos Foundation. The token strategy shipped as a five-part deliverable ahead of the IDO.
